A lovely new variety of shrubby mallow, forming a bush of soft velvety green foliage.
Masses of large, deep burgundy-coloured flowers are displayed through summer and autumn. Picutre is Barnsely rose i think. Burgundy is darker.
Height and Spread: Up to 90cm(3 ft) in 2 years.
Position: Will flourish in any type of soil if planted in full sun.
Planting: Water thoroughly before planting. Plant keeping the root-ball surface level with the surrounding soil, filling the hole with soil mixed with compost and a sprinkling of bone meal. Firm well and water in.
Plant care: Keep moist in first year. Cut hard back in spring.
